Since we specialize in cold outreach (prospects who do not know you yet), it is not recommended to use your company email. Company emails typically end up in "Promotions" or "Spam" folders and have low deliverability and open rates.
A free @gmail.com address can deliver up to 40-50% open rates.
Oppilo will create a secure login to our analytics dashboard. From here, you can track # of invitations, profile views, InMails, and acceptance and response rates. You can even view and respond to inbound messages on our platform as well as tag and organize leads.
Our data reporting tool, Incresco, auto-populates with the latest data from LinkedIn every few hours. With Oppilo Outreach, you get a full CRM and sales enablement process.
LinkedIn allows us to send up to 100 invites per week or about 20 per business day. Depending on targeting, about 20% of these invites are accepted (sometimes less, sometimes more). If our invitation isn't accepted, we will automatically withdraw it after 2 weeks.
We will screen up to 1500 profiles every month. If this screening results in less than 100 invites per week (about 400 per month), we may need to send less.
No. Oppilo will work with you to define an appropriate follow up sequence for new connections. These messages will be sent on your behalf.
If you also send a message, your prospect might get multiple messages that do not make sense together.
We can send up to 1,000 personal messages per month, but this is highly dependent on your individual needs.
New connections made through Oppilo will typically receive 3-5 messages on LinkedIn. If you already have quality LinkedIn connections we can also build a campaign specifically for them. These campaigns generally include 2-3 messages. For prospects who are not first-degree connections, we usually only send 1 InMail. We want to use your finite number of InMail credits wisely.
We enroll up to 20 new prospects in your email sequence per day. Oppilo doesn't do massive email blasts. We focus on precise targeting and one-to-one messaging. This allows us to ensure high deliverability and open rates amongst high-ticket prospects.
Each new client will be assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager. This individual will be responsible for helping you navigate the Oppilo onboarding process and understanding your strategy and results. No logging tickets, no hold music, ever.
In addition, you will have direct access to a US or UK-based copywriter and content coordinator.
We can work with almost any budget. We have solutions starting at $495, but some customers invest $10k+ per month. It just depends on your individualized goals and budget.

It is hard for us to determine what great results will look like for you. So, we made it easy. If you are not happy with Oppilo's services one month, you take 110% of Oppilo’s monthly service fee back. Just let your account manager know and we will process the refund.

Outreach set-up takes 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity and scheduling. Once we start outreach, you will start to see engagement on your account right away, but it typically takes a couple weeks to start booking appointments with prospects.
Content marketing setup typically takes a little longer and may require multiple iterations and approvals to get it right. Results from content marketing take longer to see (3-6 months), but create a lasting impression that can benefit you for years to come.
Our efforts build over time as we add 20 new prospects to your funnel every day and continuously refine our approach to maximize effectiveness. In the third month is when you will start seeing most of the impact from our efforts.
We ask that everyone that works with us commit to a 3 month period. But, if it doesn't work out, you can cancel. No hard feelings.
Of course, if you are unhappy with your experience with Oppilo any particular month you can cancel and request a full refund + 10%. We call this our Outrageous Guarantee.
